Hi Folks
What about a get togetor at Leiscester Hilton in April making it our 4th Lunch .

We know the hotel now and it suits our needs .
Please someone needs to vol for the paperwork side which must not be me as i am useless and will make misakes .
And someone needs to be in charge kind of thing .
But i will help .Lunch would be on a concract .And the Hilton gave us last years prices this year .

Sounds Good Christine,

Was hoping it would be a bit nearer the border but if you know the place and get a good deal who can complain ThumpUp ThumpUp I will be there with my husband. Will look forward to it.

It IS a good place - easily accessible and very relaxed. However, if loads of us want to go further North, we can arrange that.

well unless someone does something there won,t be one next year .
i will help BUT MUST NOT BE LET LOSE ON PAPERWORK I WILL MAKE MISAKES .
I could do the phoning and arrangeing but someone else must be in charge if there is a concrat .
or moneys to sort out .

can,t see it happing for next year .
if you if me the go ahead i could start the phoneing date arrgangeing etc .

Plenty of time yet Chrissie ... we will do a meet for next year, Leicester was absolutely fab and I often think back to that weekend. Would be great to meet everyone again and some newcomers who have joined since or couldn't make it last time. Best to wait until after the New Year as hotels are very busy right now ... other things on their minds!

i think April again stick to the date .
But in a way we need to start planing in a week or 2 .
Or we won,t get the hilton offers .
